Welcome to the DIIT Self-Support Website. This website can be used to submit or view the following:

* Helpdesk Incidents
* Request for Services (RFS) to PMO - Internal Use Only
* Asset Inventory Reports

You must have the proper authority to access these specific areas in order to submit/view information. If you do not know your login ID for self-support, click the hyperlink 'Forgot Magic ID?', or alternatively you can call the helpdesk to receive your login ID.

 
The helpdesk can be reached at (718) 935-5100, and for your convenience we have also created this self support function at this website. This application will allow you to submit an incident via the web and ensure that we capture your relevant information if you do not have immediate access to a telephone.
